Suspects sought in abduction turn themselves in

Three suspects sought in the abduction of a woman who said she was held captive for five days turned themselves in Monday night and were booked into the Lee County Jail. Aranyelis Garcia-Ramos, 25, Frank Ortega, 27, and Eric Gomez, 23, each face charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery, a release issued by the Lee County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday states.

Lee County Sheriff's Office detectives are searching for three people wanted in the abduction of a woman held captive in a Fort Myers residence for five days.

Detectives say the victim was taken to a home at 2215 Santiago Avenue where she was "terrorized for days." The victim finally managed to escape to a neighbor's house.

Detectives says the three suspects in the abduction are currently on the run. Those suspects are identified as Aranyelis Garcia-Ramos, 25, Frank Ortega, 27, and Eric Gomez, 23.

Anyone with information on the kidnapping or the whereabouts of any of the suspects, is urged to call the Lee County Sheriff's Office at (239) 477-1000.
